1. Overview

VibeSell provides AI powered tools that help sales professionals prepare for meetings, receive real time coaching inside Google Meet, and review post meeting insights.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You agree not to misuse or interfere with VibeSell, including by:

• Violating any applicable laws, including data protection and privacy laws
• Sharing, recording, or analyzing meeting content without required consent
• Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems
• Copying or distributing VibeSell software or content without permission

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Interactive demo (landing page)

Our website offers an interactive demo that lets you experience VibeSell's real-time guidance through simulated, AI-generated sales conversations. The personas, voices, and supporting research shown in the demo are fictitious illustrations created solely for demonstration. They are not real people and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or intended to represent any actual individual; any resemblance to a real person is purely illustrative.

The demo is provided only so that you can evaluate the product by conducting fictitious sales conversations and experiencing its real-time coaching. By accessing or interacting with the demo, you agree that you will:

• Use the demo only to experience VibeSell's real-time guidance and to carry out fictitious, good-faith sales conversations;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the demo;
• Not use the demo to generate, request, or attempt to elicit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, discriminatory, deceptive, or that infringes the rights of others; and
• Not attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or circumvent the AI's safeguards, and not use the demo for any purpose other than evaluating the product.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit to the demo, and we may suspend or restrict access for anyone who misuses it.

3. Accounts & Security

Some features require signing in using Google OAuth.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate account information
• Keeping login credentials secure
• All actions taken under your account

If you suspect unauthorized access, contact jordan@vibesell.ai immediately.

4. Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data, including meeting transcripts and call recordings when the Chrome extension is active, is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

By using VibeSell, you acknowledge the recording and processing of call data as described in our Privacy Policy, including the use of anonymized, aggregated conversation data to improve our guidance engine and coaching quality.

Personal data is processed by our AI sub-processors, including Google Cloud (Vertex AI) and Anthropic, solely to deliver the Service. Details of all sub-processors, their purposes, and data locations are listed in our Privacy Policy.

5. AI Generated Content

VibeSell provides AI output such as contextual suggestions, insights, and summaries. You acknowledge:

• AI may produce inaccurate or incomplete information
• You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs

6. Third Party Integrations

VibeSell may integrate with services such as Google Meet or CRMs. When you link integrations:

• You grant permission for VibeSell to access data required for functionality
• The third party's own terms and privacy policies apply

We are not responsible for third party actions.

7. Meeting Content Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring that recording, transcribing, or sharing meeting content complies with applicable laws and organizational policies, including notifying and obtaining consent from meeting participants when required.

8. Intellectual Property

VibeSell and related brand assets are owned by VibeSell or its licensors.

You retain ownership of your content and grant VibeSell a limited license to process it solely to provide and improve the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive for reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Compatibility with all devices or systems
• Error free performance

Features may be modified or discontinued without notice.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Where allowed by law, VibeSell disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, VibeSell and its affiliates are not liable for:

• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Loss of data
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid to VibeSell in the past 12 months, if any.

12. Account Termination

Either party may terminate use of the Service at any time. Upon termination:

• Access to the Service is removed
• Data removal is handled per our Privacy Policy

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. When changes are significant, we will notify you by email, in product messaging, or by updating this page.

Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law rules.
