Talk to Your Sales AI: Voice Chat That Knows Your Week, Your Deals, and Your Language

Picture this. You're in the car and you're driving to meet one of your most important prospects. You're running through the directions that the conversation could take, and something is teasing you, at the back of your mind, but just out of reach. Maybe it came up in an internal call you had earlier. It could have been related to a commitment that you made after the last meeting, or some key insight that you thought was important during the discovery call. You can't dig through the material now. Your hands are on the wheel. You hope it comes back to you in the moment.
Then you remember. You can just talk to VibeSell, because VibeSell now supports voice. You speak, it listens, thinks, reasons and responds. It's fully contextualised on all your meetings, your accounts, and the deals that you're juggling. It's there for these exact, on-the-go moments.

What does it do?
The voice assistant answers questions about your meetings, accounts, contacts, and deals, and runs research in the background while you keep talking. It converses in English, Spanish, French, and German, and can switch your whole workspace to another language mid-conversation.
The moment a call connects, the assistant is briefed on your schedule: last week, this week, and next week, with meeting titles, dates, and attendees. Ask "who am I meeting tomorrow" and it answers instantly, no lookup, no pause. When you want the substance rather than the schedule, it goes deeper on request: "what happened in my last call with Maria" pulls the actual meeting summary, "what did we say about pricing" searches the transcript.
Harder questions don't break the flow. When a question needs real research, digging through transcripts, checking CRM activity, searching the web, the assistant acknowledges it, keeps the conversation open, and speaks the answer the moment the work finishes.
Language is handled the same conversational way. The assistant interprets whichever supported language you speak, and adapts as needed: start speaking Spanish and it offers to switch, one confirmation flips your entire workspace, the interface, your briefs, your meeting summaries, and the real-time coaching on your live calls. Our most active customers run their sales meetings in Spanish, and the assistant meets them there.
How does it do it?
Under the hood this is one assistant with two brains. The talking brain is an ElevenLabs conversational agent, tuned for real-time speech: fast turn-taking, natural interruptions, no dead air. The reasoning brain is the VibeSell agent, built for the opposite trade-off: tool calling and answers grounded in your actual data. The two are connected through MCP, the open Model Context Protocol.
No single model does both jobs well. Conversational latency and thorough research pull in opposite directions, so we split the roles. The talking brain carries a digest of your calendar, which is why schedule questions get instant spoken answers. Everything else it hands across the bridge through one deliberately coarse MCP tool: ask-vibesell.
Because it is one assistant, the two brains share one conversation and one memory. Hands free, you ask, follow up, and change topic, and every answer draws on the same data: your meetings, your accounts, your deals. When precision matters, an email address, an exact product name, you can type into the same conversation and it carries on where your voice left off. Nothing you say evaporates when you hang up.
The ask-vibesell call is asynchronous. The talking brain fires the request, gets an immediate acknowledgement, and comes straight back to you. While the VibeSell agent digs through transcripts, the conversation keeps moving, and schedule questions get answered on the spot. When the research lands, it arrives over the app's own WebSocket and gets spoken mid-conversation.
One more detail we sweated: if you change your mind and re-ask, the stale run is superseded, so an outdated answer never talks over the fresh one. But when the agent refines its own question mid-research, both runs are left to finish, because that work is still yours.
Security: one user's data, and only theirs
Voice runs on dedicated speech infrastructure, but your identity and your data never move there. The voice session holds an opaque id. Every request is re-authenticated at VibeSell's MCP server, resolved back to the signed-in user, and executed under row-level security with owner-scoped tools.
It starts at the handshake. When you click Voice, your browser asks the VibeSell API for a session. The API binds your identity and current page context to an opaque session id, server-side, and hands the voice agent that id and nothing else: no name, no email, no access tokens.
The id is not an identity claim, it is a pointer only our servers can resolve. If it leaked, it would name nobody and unlock nothing outside a live session. Transport is locked separately: the MCP endpoint rejects any call that does not carry VibeSell's bearer secret, and the session id riding on each tool call is resolved back to the real user before anything runs.
From that point on, the request executes as you and only you. Row-level security applies at the database, and every tool the agent wields is owner-scoped: a meeting search, a contact lookup, or an account query can only return records the signed-in user owns. Here is the full chain for one real question:
The answer rides the app's own authenticated WebSocket back to your browser, where the voice speaks it. At no point does the speech layer see who you are, and at no point does your data leave VibeSell's infrastructure.
A morning now looks like this. On the way to your desk: "who am I meeting today, and what do I need to know for the first one?" Before the call: "what objections came up last time with this account?" After: "what did I commit to?" Ten seconds each, spoken, answered.
The best interface for a busy seller is the one that was already there. You have been able to ask VibeSell anything for a while. Now you can just say it.
